Tom McCall Waterfront Park
In 1974, Harbor Drive was torn up and became a 22-block green space and pedestrian walkway. Joggers, dog walkers and office workers love to enjoy fresh air in the park, which hosts many of Portland's largest festivals, such as the Rose Festival, the Blues Festival and the Portland Brewers Festival.
