English Camp Officers' Quarters
The northern half of the San Juan Island National Historical Park is known as English Camp. This former military encampment was a pivotal part of a border dispute with the American forces to the south during the Pig War of 1859. Today the park's historic buildings accent sweeping bay views and a number of hiking trails.
