Laurelhurst District and Theatre

Named after the Seattle Laurelhurst area and the product of a joint venture between businessmen from these two cities, Laurelhurst is one of the southeast's most interesting areas. The neighborhood consists solely of single-family homes with residential schools, churches and parks, although recent zoning changes now allow "granny flats" and some multi-unit dwellings.
