Peterson Rock Garden - Museum

Rasmusen Peterson came to the Cascade Mountains from Denmark in 1900, he then began collecting rocks from within an 85-mile radius of his home. He started building with these rocks in 1935. Today what remains of his rock sculptures and a small but prolific museum of rocks and gems is open to the public. The museum and gift shop is managed by friends and family members.
