As the capital of British Columbia, Victoria is home to the province's Parliament Buildings, which date to 1893. Though beautiful by day, the buildings are perhaps most famous for the nighttime spectacle created by 3,300 bulbs lighting the facade overlooking Victoria's Inner Harbour.
