YourWorld360 Help

Screen Resolution

YourWorld360 is optimized for a screen resolution of 1024x768. If your resolution is set lower, you may have to scroll across to see the entire page. If your resolution is higher, images may appear quite small unless you use the Go Full Screen option (see Full Screen Images section, below).

You can change your screen resolution by changing the settings in your display properties. See your computer's help section for details.

Loading Images

In order to view our 360° images, you must either have the QuickTime plug-in for your browser or your Web browser must be Java-enabled. If you are having a problem loading images, double-check your browser's settings (Internet options or preferences) and make sure that Java is enabled. Or you can easily download QuickTime by clicking here.

Viewing Images

Moving images side to side: Just place your mouse pointer on the image, click and hold your left mouse button, and drag your mouse back and forth to move the image.

Zoom in or out: Hold down the + or - keys to zoom in and out of the image. Or you can click on the + or - buttons in the lower portion of the image window.

Full Screen Images: If you'd like to see a larger version of any image, just click the Go Full Screen icon below the image. A full screen image will open and auto-adjust to your screen size. To return to the smaller image and the navigation thumbnails, just click Close on the full screen image.

Blurry images: In some browsers, images left idle will auto-zoom and appear blurry. Just zoom out and the image will look normal again.

Navigating Between Images

Thumbnails: More images from the same area can be selected by clicking on the small, thumbnail-size images below the 360 image you are viewing.

Gray tabs: For any area where there are many more images available, you can choose additional pages of images by clicking on the gray tabs immediately above the thumbnail images. Images are alphabetized by location name. If additional images are available, a link will appear immediately below the thumbnails (see Links section, below).

Links: If the destination you're viewing has additional images, a link will appear immediately below the thumbnail images. Also under the thumbnails is a link to the entire YourWorld360 collection so you can explore other cities and destinations.
